HydroAIR SideDraft Wet Collector
The “Louvered” unit pictured can sit by itself or be used for “Walk in Booths”. The louvered section is quick and easy to remove for easy access to the accumulated sludge. This Wet Collector offers cost-effective and efficient control of Aluminum Explosive Metal Dust, Titanium Explosive Metal Dust or Magnesium Explosive Metal Dust. ReplaceAIR Side Draft Wet Collectors are designed for aluminum dust, titanium dust and magnesium dust and to meet NFPA 484 for Explosive Metal Dusts. This high efficiency impeller type Wet Dust Collector in stainless steel represents a long lived, economical Wet Collector at a low cost with its manual water level and clean out. Galvanized or painted steel options are available. Wet Collectors can be used for High Spark Generation Operations, where Media Dry Collectors will catch fire. These do not have to be NFPA 484 rated, but it is standard with all HydroAIR tables. The Automatic Electronic Water Level Control by ReplaceAIR is a feature that represents the Industry’s “latest design” with the 4 probe sensors and multiple alert features. Required for Magnesium is the 24-7 powered vent design. Another option for HydroAIR water level control is the Photo Helic Level control for automatic control at an economical price.
HydroAIR Wet Table
The HydroAIR Wet Downdraft Table is designed for aluminum dust, titanium dust and magnesium dust and to meet NFPA 484. This High Efficiency Impeller Type Wet Dust Collector Table in stainless steel which represents a long lived, economical Wet Downdraft Table at a low cost with its manual clean out. Galvanized or painted steel options are available. The Automatic Electronic Water Level Control by ReplaceAIR is a feature that represents the Industry’s “latest design” with the 4 probe sensors and multiple alert features. Required for Magnesium is the 24-7 powered vent design. The Pin Hinged Side Walls are a very effective design for dust containment. Another option for HydroAIR water level management is the Photo Helic Pressure Differential Control for automatic Water Leveling which is available at an economical price. Total compliance with NPFA 484 regulations is the requirement for 90% of our finished equipment. WET TABLES can be used for High Spark Generation Operation, where Media Dry Collectors will catch fire. These do not have to be NFPA 484 rated, but it is standard with all HydroAIR tables. We have many variations on this design with deeper tables and tables capable of handling heavier loads.
HydroAIR Wet Collector with Sludge Ejector
The HydroAIR Wet Collector unit pictured features an innovative “Cassette Design” Sludge Ejector. This enables the Sludge Ejector Assembly to be pulled out with a Fork Truck for easy service. This is done by removing a few bolts and quick disconnection of electrical and the whole assembly is out in the open. NO ONE IN THE INDUSTRY does this, all other units require a man to crawl into the collector to service and repair the chain, bearings or ejector slats.

The HydroAIR Wet Dust Collector in stainless or galvanized construction represents the latest designs in this Industry (16,000 cfm and smaller). We can customize a solution for most every Aluminum Metal Dust, Magnesium Metal Dust or Titanium Metal Dust application that is in general use.
